Research Product Design Testing
A design is never set in stone, it is as fluid as the audience
This site is a place for me to share my work. As a designer and research lead, my goal has always been to build great experiences whilst bringing in and supporting future UX leaders.
There continues to be an evolution in methodology and the ability to apply both qualitative and quantitative user data into the development cycle.
Iterations of design, user journeys and information architecture allow testable features to be added to any project.

Culture and Strategy
Empower and create
Stay user centric
My involvement directly in research and design supports everyone in this process. Putting together creative work from within a team is essential.
From a practicing leadership standpoint, I create templates and collaboration events to enable others. T-Skilling practices, project rotation, automation in dev mode and design systems as well as RICE scoring methodology, allow efficient delivery whilst the team stays creative and engaged.

Creativity
Creation of personas at different levels of fidelity help define user requirement, including those with accessibility needs. I look to include accessibility testing throughout any stage of production and define those rules within principal statements and the design systems.
My collaboration with Cambridge University to bring real world accessibility simulation tools into the work place to support the importance of design for all.

Oracle Data Cloud
Bringing AI and Contextual Intelligence to advertisers and brands
Mentoring and delivering work within a great team of UX researchers and designers. I created intuitive interfaces for programmatic advertising software.
The depth to what Oracle was doing came with the international alignment of a shared culture, systems and principals.

Toyota
Redefining the UK Website... The rest of Europe followed the example
I fulfilled a role as the principal consultant for Toyota UK. The project allowed a redefinition of Toyota as a brand with a new website and architecture.

Both the delivery and the uplift in user experience KPI were met within budgets. This led to a duplication of the work across Toyota Europe.
